If you buy a version of the CMR-JET software, by default there is 1 hour of service included by a technical employee. In 99.9% of the cases this will widely cover your needs. If you still want additional support or custom programming, you can buy service hours at a rate of 65 EUR / hour.
We always will inform you at forehand if there will be an extra cost, and never will send an invoice without your approval first.
